Join us Friday afternoon at Scores in Belton, Texas. Learn ways to immediately begin to reduce stress, develop more focus, and allow yourself to see life’s difficulties through a different lens. The workshop teaches the tools & techniques for you to create a daily mindfulness practice. Not only will you experience peace of mind, and more happiness, you will be able to take practical skills into the complex world we now live!
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness Training is like training a muscle, the more we train the stronger the muscle becomes. The practice involves setting up a mental training program which is similar to going to the gym but for your mental and emotional health. Mindfulness is the process of developing and cultivating the muscles of awareness and focus.
